Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to this website and to the estimates it provides. Your written quote or contract governs any work we carry out. Last updated: October 30, 2026.
Estimates vs. Quotes
Prices on this website and ranges shown by our calculator are estimates based on the information you enter. They are not a binding offer. Your price is confirmed in a written quote after we've visited the property and checked its size, access, soil, slope and drainage.
Pricing, Minimums and Tax
Published prices are per square foot (or per linear foot for French drains) and are subject to 13% HST. A $1,500 minimum applies to residential jobs. Commercial work is priced by written bid.
Scheduling and Weather
Install dates depend on weather, ground conditions and sod availability from the farm. If rain, heat or frozen ground makes installation unsuitable, we'll reschedule with you at the earliest workable date.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the work area, including unlocked gates and clear side yards
- Tell us about private underground lines such as irrigation, landscape lighting, pet fences or gas lines to outbuildings. Public utility locates through Ontario One Call don't cover these.
- Follow the watering and care instructions we provide after installation
Our Guarantee
With our 14-Day Fresh-Cut Sod Guarantee, your new sod is guaranteed weed-free and healthy upon delivery and installation, with proper watering
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit and due dates, are set out in your written quote.
Liability
We carry liability insurance and WSIB coverage. We're not responsible for damage to unmarked private underground lines that weren't disclosed to us, or for lawn failure caused by not following the care instructions, extreme weather, pests or disease after installation, except as covered by our guarantee.
Website Content
Content on this website is provided for general information. Photos show real Right On Sod work. We may update prices and content at any time; the price in your written quote is the one that applies.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it.
